Just look at these two conflicting statements B or announcement, the 2nd June 2013's piece encourage us to
invest and re-invest more and to get more revenue but the revenue is locked by the subsequent statement A as per below.
What use is the e-Wallet if the investors want to take some cash out but hindered by the 'BV' factor?
How would we bring in more sponsors if we tell our friends about the restriction on the E-Wallet? We also do not know which lot would get the BV with self sponsorship and no answer from UV.
All these doubts here and in other posts in this blog need to be cleared for the better future of UV for all globally.

Good News! Withdrawal Restriction Lifted |
Good news! UV management has lifted the withdrawal
restriction. You all know how serious and how dedicated we are in making sure
that UV provides you only the best service to our shareholders. In lieu with
this, the management is applying the necessary steps in order to ensure the
longevity and stability of our program.
Over the past weeks, we have restricted the withdrawal and
now it has been lifted with conditions. However the management felt that by
placing a limit on withdrawals based on sponsors was the fairest way to ensure
as many shareholders as possible could share a fair percentage of the profits.
UV management agreed this wasn't a good sign for the future
of UV but it will only be a TEMPORARY short term measure. Full E-wallet withdrawal will commence once
we are back on tract and it wouldn't be long.

entitlement before proceeding to request your withdrawal otherwise it will be
rejected.

the closing date of every Friday.
