Good News for Shareholders Withdrawal Permitted
Over the past few months it was difficult for UV management however the worst is over and we thank all shareholders for your kind patient and understanding. We are proud to announce the Good News! UV management is applying the second phase of recovery steps by allowing all shareholders to withdraw their points. Soon, full E-wallet withdrawal will commence once we are back on tract and it wouldn’t be long. With immediate effect all shareholder are eligible to withdrawal by complying the conditions below:-       1.Shareholders are required to conduct only ONCE withdrawal activation, by sponsoring 1 Left & 1 Right to eligible for every monthly withdrawal. Self Upgrade/Re-entry or Renewal accounts are also accountable too. Sponsoring must be applicable to only Universal package with sponsoring takes effective Nov 1, 2013 Example 1 : Peter Sponsor Alice (Left) and Brian (Right) – Peter’s account are QUALIFIED for monthly withdrawal. Example 2 : Peter Sponsor Alice (Left) and Brian (Left) – Peter’s account are NOT eligible. Example 3 : Whitney renew her account (Universal Package) and Sponsor Brian (Universal Package) – Whitney’s account are QUALIFIED for monthly withdrawal Example 4 : Alicia has 5 account all under her name by her sponsoring 1L & 1R using her USA99999999 account, only this account are QUALIFEID for withdrawal.  However, others account are NOT qualified. Example 5 : Brian sponsor 1 Platinum (Left) and 1 Classic (Right) – Brian is NOT eligible for withdrawal because both sponsoring account are not Universal package.       2. Conditions to register new Shareholders remains unchanged  required 50% from R-Wallet and 50% from any combination of E-wallet or S-wallet       3. E-wallet is NOT permitted to transfer among shareholders however S-Wallet and R-Wallet is permitted       4. Upon QUALIFIED shareholders are eligible for monthly withdrawal and each account is capped at minimum USD100 and maximum USD600 falls on every 30 of the month. This is just a TEMPORARY measure to avoid sudden cash out as we will increases the withdrawal capped gradually. This is the fairest way to ensure fair percentage distribution. Dear Shareholders,

Within these announcements there will be some news that you may not like but fundamentally the GOOD NEWS is that those who choose to support us in this difficult period will be earning an ongoing income in years to come.

The sudden shut down of Liberty Reserve by the US federal authorities has created a great impact on UV and been steep learning curve for us.

The demise of Liberty Reserve has hit UV very hard and along with the limitation developing with PM, EP and STP we have realise that using Payment Processors is really not the best way of doing business.

Currently US government has enforced restricted on International fund transfer to foreign country to prevent money laundering. The US federal government is monitoring closely on this matters with tight regulation imposed.

In order to uphold UV principle and trust, TEMPORARY withdrawal will be on hold and those shareholders have conducted withdrawal e-wallet points will be returned to your account balances.

GOOD NEWS is that shareholder may register new shareholder using their current S-wallet and/or E-wallet or combination of both. This implementation doesn’t affect your income yet it help to increase your earnings.

However for re-entry and renew shareholders there are no changes in the policy where 50% of R-Wallet are required and balance of 50% may be contributed by E-wallet and/or S-wallet.  [how apply this?]

We are trying our level best to protect our shareholder interest and we will resume the weekly withdrawal once again when the issue are resolved.

The actions being announced today are designed to secure the long term future earning of our shareholders and security of the company.

We accept that there is some short term pain in this process but ultimately each shareholder has a choice “shout scam as some are doing” or “support us and continue to earn long term”

Choosing the first option will help nobody including yourself, choosing the second and you will be smiling for years to come.

Please explain in greater details so that we can implement this for win-win-win scenario.

1. for a sponsor/existing member to register ownself for a new unit.

2.  for a sponsor to register a new investor for a unit.

Are all new units - by existing members or new members must be paid by R-wallet @50 %?

What is the term re-entry for existing members or new members?  What about renewed shareholder?

Would appreciate your clarification.
